0.4mm diameter round pearls
Clasp with 2 loops or hooks on each side
Chain or Flat Nose pliers
Round Nose pliers
Cut 2pcs 8 inches 20ga wire.
Take one 8 inches 20ga wire and bend the wire at 0.8cm mark from the tip of the wire.
Using your round nose pliers, make a loop then repeat from Step 1 and do the same for the other 8 inches 20ga wire.
Slide in 2 round pearls on each wire.
Then slide in a spacer bar.
Repeat Step 4 & 5 and repeat the pattern until you reach your desired length.
After reaching your desired length make a loop cut the extra wires, leaving 0.8cm tail end. With your round nose pliers, grip the end of the wire and turn your wrist either towards you or away from you, whichever you’re comfortable with. Make a full turn until you make a loop. Repeat this step for the 2nd wire.
Take a bracelet mandrel or any round object, about the size of your wrist and start shaping the bangle.
When you’re done shaping the bangle you’re now ready to attach the clasp. Open one loop and hook your clasp connected by a jump ring.
|For the other end, you can attach the clasp without using jump rings.|
|Voila! You have your Sparkling Spacer Bar Bangle! Look at the clasp. If you choose a really stylish clasp it can serve as focal bead as well.|
